Description:

Perform comprehensive testing of the complete setup and deploy the final version to production.

Tasks:

  1. Create a checklist of features to test:
    • Basic site navigation and rendering
    • Responsive design on multiple devices
    • Blog post creation through NetlifyCMS
    • Media uploads through NetlifyCMS
    • GitHub Actions deployment pipeline
    • SSL certificate issuance and renewal
    • Traefik routing and redirects
  2. Test each feature and document any issues
  3. Create sample content to verify blog functionality:
    • Multiple blog posts with different layouts
    • Pages with different templates
    • Media files (images, videos)
    • Tags and categories functionality
  4. Test the entire workflow:
    • Create content through CMS
    • Commit changes
    • Verify automated deployment
    • Check content rendering on the live site
  5. Monitor server performance and logs
  6. Document the complete setup and maintenance procedures
  7. Create backup and restore procedures
  8. Create a user guide for content creators

Definition of Done:

  • All features tested and working as expected
  • Sample content created and displaying correctly
  • Workflow tested from end to end
  • Performance acceptable under normal load
  • Documentation completed
  • Backup procedures established
  • User guide created for content creators
